David Campbell

Portfolio Manager, Structured Securities

David Campbell, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager on the Structured Securities team at BNP Paribas Asset Management.  His responsibilities include managing structured securities portfolios as well as the team’s portion of absolute return, short duration and multi-sector portfolios.  David actively participates in index replication, alpha generation and trade execution across products, with a focus in identifying relative value opportunities within the MBS market.  In addition, David manages short-term cash investing across structured securities portfolios and FX exposures for portfolios that are currency hedged.  David joined FFTW, a predecessor of BNP Paribas Asset Management, in 2012 and is based in New York.

Prior to his current role, David was an Analyst in the Client Service and Business Development group, where he focused on portfolio and economic analysis for mortgage mandates in addition to client reporting and sales support activities.

David has eight years of investment experience.  He holds a BBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and is a CFA Charterholder.
