Over 30 years of experience

Michel Fryszman has been Head of Structured Finance since in 2018. Before joining BNP Paribas Asset Management, Michel had been Head of Mortgage and Specialty Finance at AXA Investment Managers since 2014, where he created a Dutch mortgage platform. He joined AXA IM in 2005 and set up a fund investing in ABS junior tranches, subsequently becoming Head of ABS Investments in 2008, responsible for Europe and the US. Michel began his career as a derivatives and interest rate portfolio manager at Crédit Foncier. From 1996 to 2001, he was CEO of Crédit Foncier’s licensed asset management division.

Michel has been a consultant to the World Bank on securitisation.

He holds a Master’s degree in research from Orléans University. Michel is based in Paris.
