Orsolya joined BNPP AM in 2017, as a Senior Stewardship Analyst. In this role, she is in charge of proxy voting, engagement with issuers and analysis of corporate governance.

Before joining BNPP AM, Orsolya spent nine years as a Corporate Governance Analyst at ISS (Institutional Shareholder Services) in Paris.

Orsolya holds a Master in International Business Law (2006), and a Master in International Commercial Law, distinction cum laude (2007), both from University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Faculty of Law (France).

Orsolya is based in Paris.
